I lost my mother some four years back to ALS - Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis - a degenerative disease of the neurons, commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease. There is no cure for this disease....this video is about the people who are suffering from this disease......dedicated to all the people suffering from ALS and their families.

GOD knows we tried
GOD knows we fought
HE witnessed her struggle
The war within....
The smile that radiated her face
Her laughter infectious
Her love for us, unconditional
Her faith in us, unshakable.
Can I have it all....
Just for a day,
Just for a moment....
I'd like to lie on her lap
And see heaven again.
